Subject: SAE Fair Displays
First, let me congratulate you on your success in your program. Your dedication and work to excel are to be commended. We want to make sure that your success can be highlighted at the FFA Convention this year. In order to do so, we will be displaying your SAE Display boards in the Career Show area so all convention attendees will be able to observe what you have accomplished with your SAE and visit with you on how you got started. We also would like to make sure that your sponsor has an opportunity to meet you, your parents and your teacher and to be recognized at the Award Reception.
In order to accomplish this, we are asking all of you to complete an SAE Board display, which will be on display during the convention. We will also be hosting an Awards Reception to recognize you and your sponsor. We hope that you will take pride in your display board and create a board that highlights your success and accomplishments. Creativity is encouraged to tell your SAE story.
Listed below are the requirements and suggested items for your display board along with a schedule.
