Best Practices and Challenges

For this month, explain four good management practices you are using with your SAE and two challenges you have faced over the last 6 months.  How did you learn about the best practices? How did you overcome the challenges?  We all have different SAE's with different management techniques and challenges.  Let's share these experiences and learn from each other.
